I work on the basis of a trusting working relationship, from which we can observe and notice rather than judge what might be going on for you.

I settled in Edinburgh in 2016, where I have opened my private practice following training in counselling.

I am fully qualified and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

Not being able to see ahead can be intimidating and the decision to start counselling might be daunting.

Often, it is a process that begins much earlier than your first session. When we meet for the first time, we can explore this process together.
